The Challenge
4B Entreprise, specialists in carpentry and general contracting, approached Protra Group with a specific need for stabilization in connection with floor laying. In their daily work, they experienced challenges in keeping materials and structures correctly in place during installation – especially in situations where precision is crucial for the final result.
When laying floors, high demands are placed on both accuracy and uniformity. Even minor movements in materials or subfloors can affect the finish and ultimately the quality of the finished floor. At the same time, work often takes place in different environments and under varying conditions, where it is not always possible to use traditional fastening methods. Therefore, there was a need for a flexible and effective solution that could ensure stability without complicating the work process.
The Solution
For them, we developed sandbags with a uniform shape, weight, and handles, making them easy to move as work progresses, without compromising functionality or durability.
The sandbags were HF-welded in light gray PVC, which does not stain floors. PVC is also a very durable and waterproof material, ensuring longevity under all working conditions.
