Custom-made horse diapers for NC Horse Wellness
NC Horse Wellness is Denmark’s leading wellness & rehabilitation center for horses, where horses are trained on water treadmills, among other things, to help build the horse’s strength and/or help injured horses return to the sport.
The Challenge
The customer’s challenge arose in connection with training horses on water treadmills, where the solution they previously had was not optimal.
In collaboration with NC Horse Wellness, we have developed a new and more robust horse diaper for both large and small horses. The diapers are easily mounted on the horse before exercise on the water treadmill, and after use, the diaper itself can be detached from the neck piece.
The Solution
The diapers are sewn in a mix of PVC and Cordura, both of which are highly durable, waterproof, and heavy-duty materials suitable for the environment. Furthermore, neoprene, velour, edge tape, webbing, fake fur, Velcro, and buckles have been used.
